Koi fish, Hollywood sign

I spent Saturday November 21, 2009 on a different kind of Esotouric bus ride…the main purpose of our trip was to celebrate Richard Schrave’s birthday. But, like all the other Esotouric trips, this one brought us to interesting, off the beaten path places. First up was the Workman/Temple Homestead museum in City of Industry. William Workman is a very important pioneer in California’s history…more info here: http://www.homesteadmuseum.org/ The homestead museum had a wonderful Koi fish pond.

The day also brought us to the Fairmount Cemetery in Azusa and the Tamarack Inn in
Pico Rivera. Pics from the days adventures are HERE

I felt like getting a different perspective of the Hollywood sign, so I hiked to the back of it! Pics HERE.
