Recap of RAW’s EN MASSE showcase 8/8/13 Belasco Theater/Los Angeles

August 8, 2013 RAW EN MASSE at the Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles, CA

This past Thursday, I participated in my first art show with Raw Artists.  I showcased images and haikus from the book I published last year, “Migraines, the Metro and an Occasional Muse“.  The book is a collection of images that were inspired by poems I wrote on the Metro while in a painful fog of migraines.   To cope with the pain, I wrote my thoughts in a journal and headed into the arms of my muse, Los Angeles, with my camera to capture images that would convey what I was feeling when I wrote the haikus.  I also had a variety of nature images taken around LA and my portfolio of live rock n roll imagery on display.

If you are interested in seeing and/or purchasing the photographs that I had on view, here are links to two galleries with the 11×14 images that I on my wall and in the bin on my table, and the 8×12 select prints from my book that I had for viewing on my table.
