Clifton’s Cafeteria 648 S. Broadway, Los Angeles

I’ve been anxiously awaiting the reopening of Clifton’s Cafeteria for years!  They officially reopened this past Thursday, October 1, 2015.  I’ve already been a few times and love what they’ve done so far!  Andrew Meieran has done a great job of updating while still keeping the look of the cafeteria’s original dining sections the same.  I love the Gothic Bar with Bostonian altar and redwood replica.  There are still other sections of Clifton’s that haven’t opened yet, including a tiki themed bar.  For my fellow vegans, there are food options for us too!  Today I had quinoa salad, roasted veggies and falafel!  The historic neon coil can be viewed downstairs by the rest rooms.  Here are some photos I’ve taken over the past few days.
