Do you remember the movie Kalifornia starring Brad Pitt, Juliette Lewis, David Duchovny and Michelle Forbes?  Well, I do because it’s one of my all-time favorite flicks!  My Kalifornia poster followed me from dorm to dorm then apt to apt until it all but disintegrated.  I love exploring new places and have long intended to try to find some of the film locations.  Since I stayed in town over the Christmas holiday this year, I decided to make it happen!  I posted a ride share ad and someone named Kramer responded.  Imagine my surprise when I found he was a Krampus!  It being Christmas and all, how could I say no?  Luckily for all the bad children, we created such a ruckus that they heard us coming and stayed indoors.  We visited some of the actual Kalifornia film locations, as well as locations on the way to our final destination (Amboy),  that inspired me!
