The 30th Annual Love Ride, to support the USO! 10/20/13

Love Ride 2013

Over 4,000 motorcycle and music enthusiasts came out to the 30th Annual Love Ride on 10/20/2013, which started in Glendale, CA and ended at the Castaic Lake Recreation Area.   Love Ride, founded by Oliver Shokouh, is the longest running single day motorcycle fundraiser in the world!  Since it started, Love Ride has raised over $24.5 million for charity! This year over $400,000.00 was raised to support the USO.  Jay Leno was the Grand Marshall and also featured appearances by Lorenzo Lamas (who did a great job singing the National Anthem at the start of the day’s festivities in Glendale),  Willie G. Davidson (grandson of Harley-Davidson co-founder William A. Davidson) and cast members of both Sons of Anarchy and the Bold and the Beautiful.

The event also featured live performances by: Chevy Metal (with Dave Grohl), Jackson Browne, Jackshit,  The Forest Rangers (with Katey Sagal), The Loveless and American Hitmen!  Between bands, The Victor McLaglen Motor Corp Stunt and Drill Team put on an incredible, jaw-dropping demonstration.
